Our room and Host Table formula in the Loire offers you Charm or Tradition dinners in complete conviviality.

PLEASE NOTE: at the Stopover of the white wolf 5 different dinners can be presented to you (see below), but the same menu is shared by all guests, first reservations have a choice; it is served from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., in the dining room or on the terrace, an aperitif is offered.

The pork delicatessen are purchased at the nearby Loire or Rhône farmers' markets, as are the old and new vegetables that we prepare to present you with traditional and gourmet meals.
At our Host Table we favor local and organic production, from the village and the nearby surrounding areas, chickens and local farm meats and from the butcher.

To reserve our table and guest rooms: choose your dates, click on "reserve", choose your rooms among those offered for this date, the summary of your choices is displayed, extras are then offered to you including the table host, choose, fill in your details then finalize your reservation, you can go back at any time.

Free regional Rosé morello aperitif.
Pear/fourme puff pastry or seasonal mixed salad with melted fourme toast or pear/fourme puff pastry AOP from Montbrison depending on the season

Jambonneau des Monts du Forez in herb broth and Roasted country sausage with red wine sauce, Rosti Foréziennes (potato pancakes) with Sarasson,
Christmas cake and its milky accompaniment with Pilat blueberries or Verrine, Forez-Noir style

*Sarrasson is a succulent white cheese beaten with herbs.
