Table d’hôte dinner

Dinners are served at the table d'hôte or on the terrace in summer, all our dishes are cooked on site with vegetables and fruits from the garden in the summer.

On request, we can prepare Thai and Japanese-inspired wok cuisine, for a beneficial stress-free moment.
The dishes are sometimes embellished with seaweed, these treasures from the Herbiers de la Mer, which are extraordinary food supplements, or also with the herbs of our ancestors, these edible wild herbs so rich in trace elements, minerals and vitamins which perfume and help to the digestion.

The vegetables are purchased from the Biocoop in Chazelles sur Lyon or in the village, and we are lucky to have 2 organic producers in the village.
